Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Costs

If the reason for the return is an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason (for example, change of mind or purchased by mistake), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will process the corresponding refund.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take a little longer to process and post the refund.

When a refund is issued, the original shipping cost paid by the customer to receive the product is not refunded, except in very specific and justified cases (for example, damaged or defective product, or an error in shipping on our part). Only the product price will be refunded.
